About the Role

We are hiring Quick Commerce & Ecommerce Executives to drive sales and operations for our brands — M&B, Miss Lavish London, and Handicrafts Home — across quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, etc.) and major ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Flipkart, etc.). The role involves managing listings, inventory, promotions, and performance analytics to maximize growth.

Key Responsibilities

Quick Commerce Management

• Handle product listings, pricing, and inventory on Zepto, Blinkit, and similar platforms.
• Manage Dark Store shipments and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely product availability.
• Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, offers, and campaigns.

Ecommerce Marketplace Management

• Manage listings and inventory for marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Flipkart, etc.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for higher visibility.
• Track keyword performance and marketplace rankings.
• Handle promotions, coupons, and seasonal deals.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor sales trends, returns, and operational metrics.
• Prepare MIS reports with actionable insights.
• Recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field from a reputed university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Ecommerce Management.
• Proven expertise in quick commerce operations (Zepto, Blinkit) is highly preferred.
• Experience in Apparel and Home Furnishings categories is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
