Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical consultations, developing solutions to meet customer requirements, presenting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sales by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Technical skills pertinent to the roles of Azure Solution Architect , MWS Pre Sales and Post Sales Consultant, as well as Cybersecurity Pre Sales and Post Sales Consultant . These roles encompass a wide range of responsibilities that include implementation, training, deployments, and after-sales support. An Azure Solution Architect is expected to have an in-depth understanding of Azure services and capabilities. This includes designing and implementing scalable solutions, ensuring security and compliance, and optimizing performance and cost management. They must also be capable of conducting assessments and providing strategic guidance to clients. MWS Pre Sales and Post Sales Consultant roles, individuals should excel in both the pre-sales process, where they identify client needs, propose solutions, and create compelling presentations, as well as the post-sales phase, where they handle client onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Strong communication and customer relationship management skills are crucial in these roles. Cybersecurity Pre Sales and Post Sales Consultant must address client needs by proposing robust security solutions and providing thorough explanations of the benefits and features. They are also responsible for the deployment and implementation of these solutions, along with providing training and ongoing support to ensure that clients can effectively manage their cybersecurity infrastructure.
