We’re expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, result-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to accelerate our growth. Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Present QTT’s IT services to potential clients and convert leads into sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships. Understand client needs and coordinate with the technical team to propose the best solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records and prepare reports on leads and follow-ups. Qualifications Any degree (BBA, MBA (Marketing), BCA, B.Sc, BE, or related field preferred). Strong communication & presentation skills. Passion for sales, marketing, and business development. Ability to understand technology services (training will be provided).
