Job Title: IT Bench Sales & OPT Recruiter (Freshers and Experiences) Company Name: Quebec solutions INC Location: Madhapur, ayyappa society Hyderabad 500081 Shift Timing: 6:00PM 3:00 AM IST Job Description: As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and placing qualified IT professionals (consultants) on the bench with clients. You will work closely with the recruitment and sales teams to ensure successful placements and maintain strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit consultants from the bench (employees who are available for new projects). Develop strong relationships with consultants, ensuring they are aware of open opportunities and market trends. Coordinate with account managers and recruiters to ensure seamless placements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT industry and its current trends. Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and other terms with consultants. Assist in the creation of job descriptions and requirement documents. Manage and track candidate progress, ensuring timely submissions and placements.
