Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach potential clients requiring housekeeping and facility management services through calls, networking, and research. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations highlighting Quasar’s manpower capabilities. • Handle objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Maintain client records and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service initiation and client onboarding.
