Job Title: AI Scientist – Agent Development & Automation Location: Remote Experience Required: 5–8 years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Scientist with hands-on expertise in AI agent development , automation using AI tools , and end-to-end model deployment in production environments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing intelligent systems that automate business workflows and deliver measurable impact through data-driven innovation. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize AI agents capable of automating enterprise processes and decision-making. Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based solutions for enhanced contextual intelligence. Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML models in production using scalable and secure frameworks. Integrate AI automation within existing business tools, APIs, and platforms . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver measurable improvements. Conduct performance evaluation, model tuning, and continuous improvement of deployed systems. Research and evaluate emerging AI frameworks, tools, and architectures for potential adoption. Required Skills & Experience Strong programming skills in Python , with solid hands-on experience in NumPy, Pandas, and PyTorch/TensorFlow . Proven experience in AI agent development (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks). Solid understanding of RAG pipelines , vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and LLM integration . Experience with model deployment (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions. Experience working with automation workflows and integrating AI tools into enterprise systems. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of MLOps and workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Kubeflow, etc.). Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Prior experience in building scalable AI automation pipelines for corporate applications.
