Quantity Surveyor,3-5 yrs exp, Kochi Position : Quantity Surveyor Location : Kochi, Kerala Experience Required : 3–5 years Qualification : B.Tech in Civil Engineering Salary : ₹35,000 per month Job Type : Full-time, Office-based Key Responsibilities : Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for construction projects. Collaborate with the design team to identify cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluate vendor bids. Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Required Skills : Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
