Quantity Surveyor - Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and ensure value for money while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Monitor and control project budgets.
• Conduct site measurements and verify contractor bills.
• Liaise with project managers and clients for cost updates.
• Maintain accurate project cost records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 2–4 years of QS experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, estimation, and billing.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,307.48 - ₹48,772.66 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
