Quantity Surveyor

Measure and value the work done on site, prepare client bills, liaise with client’s representative and verify bills. •

Preparation of sub-contractors bills on weekly basis. •

Liaison with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers. •

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation. • Prepare Bar Bending Schedule. Candidate Should be below 40 years.

Knowledge in claims preparation and final claims to the Architects/ Clients / Consultants for progress and final payments

Knowledge of Autocad software and MS Office •

Familiar with materials market rates

Qualification Graduate/Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with adequate computer knowledge.

Preferred Male candidates from Kozhikode and near by places

Experience: Not less than Three Years as Quantity Surveyor in Building Construction
