Job Responsibilities: Manage and co-ordinate construction projects and good knowledge in site execution. Estimate the cost of materials, labour, and equipment for construction projects, using contract bids, quotations, drawings and specifications. Calculating BOQ quantities and cost, labour cost and achievable project time frame. Experience in using computer/estimating software such as Expert’ to analyse data Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product. Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies. Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data. Pricing for row materials / mechanical / plumbing systems use in project Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
