Role & responsibilities: Prepare, verify, and certify contractor bills as per project requirements. Prepare and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications. Monitor project progress and generate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Daily Material Reports (DMR). Conduct quantity estimation and reconciliation of materials and work completed. Collaborate with site engineers and project managers for accurate execution and billing. Coordinate with vendors, and contractors for smooth billing operations. Assist in preparing cost analysis reports and project documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.E/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in civil building construction. Prior Hands-on experience in execution is an added advantage. Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing. Strong knowledge of DPR, DMR, and cost management. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software is mandatory.
