Quality Supervisor - Furniture finishing (polishing)

Your role will also encompass quality control in other areas such as cane weaving, carpentry, and the final finished product. To excel in this role, prior experience in a furniture production environment is crucial. **Responsibilities:** - Hands-on quality control and supervision of the polishing and finishing unit, including tasks like wood sanding, staining, finishing, and spray painting. - Possess a strong understanding of wood polishing and finishing processes. - Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a team of polishers effectively. **Profile:** - Educational qualifications are open. - Must have 4 to 20 years of experience in a furniture manufacturing or woodworking production unit, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role. - Deep knowledge of materials, especially wood, and expertise in polishing processes. - Strong written communication skills. - Capable of working with precision and attention to detail. The work location for this role will be at our workshop in Abbigere industrial area, Jalahalli, Bangalore.
