Quality Supervisor

The responsibilities for this position include inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet company standards. You will use tools like micrometers and calipers to measure products against specifications. It will be your duty to identify defects and report any deviations from quality standards, as well as maintain records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions. Ensuring that production processes comply with industry standards and regulations is also part of the job. Collaboration with the production team to recommend adjustments and improvements to processes is essential. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, possess technical skills related to quality testing machines and systems, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities to recommend corrective actions and improvements. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The preferred candidate will have a total of 3 years of work experience.
