By joining our manufacturing team, you will have the chance to work on cutting-edge engineering projects that have a significant impact on entire cities, countries, and the future landscape. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing Routine Testing: You will conduct tests on Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) ranging from 66kV to 420kV, which includes tests on Disconnector, Earthing Switch, and Circuit Breaker (both Mechanical and Electrical Tests) while maintaining high standards of quality within the specified time frame. - Operating Testing Equipment: Proficiently operating CB Timing kits, SF6 handling plants, Cranes, and Gas Insulated High Voltage Testing kits. - Troubleshooting and Diagnosing: Efficiently identifying and resolving faults in products and wiring. - Participating in Improvement Programs: Actively engaging in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Continuous Improvement programs, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and adhering to EHS and Quality guidelines. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a total experience of 2-3 years, including at least 1 year of experience in GIS routine testing. - Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in all three shifts. - Technical Skills: Understanding of manufacturing and assembly drawings, proficiency in preparing documentation, maintaining records of performed tests, experience in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in front of customers, EHS Knowledge, and Lean Manufacturing Expertise. This role is based in Aurangabad, with potential travel to other locations in India and beyond.
