Quality Operator

As a Quality Operator (FQC) in our Quality Assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our electronic assemblies. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct final quality checks on electronic assemblies, inspect PCB boards using visual/manual methods, identify defects, and maintain compliance with quality standards. Your attention to detail and strong observation skills will be essential in this role. You should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in electronics manufacturing QA, with specific experience in PCB inspection and familiarity with manual assembly quality checks. Knowledge of the SMT process is preferred but not mandatory. Understanding of IPC-A-610 standards would be advantageous. Collaboration with the production and QA teams will be key to ensuring that our products meet the required quality standards. You will be expected to report any non-conformities, assist in root cause analysis, and maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
