Job Description

As a candidate for this role, your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling customer complaints by implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and communicating with customers using the 8D format. - Uploading documents related to quality issues on the customer portal. - Ensuring and monitoring the effectiveness of the action plan for customer complaints. - Implementing all internal quality procedures. - Conducting product, process, and dock audits to minimize non-compliances. - Managing documentation related to on-the-job training records and skill matrices. - Controlling and monitoring final inspection activities by coordinating with QA inspectors. You should be capable of inspecting components as per drawings using relevant instruments and preparing documentation for layout inspections. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in handling customer complaints and implementing CAPA. - Proficiency in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with quality procedures. - Strong documentation skills for maintaining training records and inspection reports. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Relocation or reliable commuting to this location is required. Preferred experience for this role is 1 year.,
