Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Inspector to ensure that products meet consistent standards of quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting materials and finished products, identifying defects, ensuring compliance with internal and external specifications, and reporting non-conformities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other testing equipment.
• Identify and document non-conformities, and report them to the Quality Supervisor or relevant department.
• Assist in root cause analysis and support corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records, logs, and reports.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Follow quality assurance procedures, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.
• Participate in internal audits and support external inspections or customer visits when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and calibration of inspection equipment and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability
