üInspection of incoming material (Mfg parts), Bought out etc as per sampling plan
ü Final inspection
üTo maintain 5S on Shop-floor
ü Work closely with CFT to achieve defined objectives
maintain records of rejection and calculation of PPM
ü Conduct Process Audit as per control plan
ü Ensure proper identification on all parts
ü Ensure all non-conformities are handled as per defined procedure only
ü Timely calibration of measuring instrument
