Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on automotive components.
• Use precision instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring tools for accurate inspections.
• Record and maintain inspection data in MIS reports and ensure traceable documentation.
• Identify and report quality deviations or non-conformities.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and internal procedures.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of visual inspection and dimensional measurement techniques.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments – vernier, micrometer, caliper, gauges, etc.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports in Excel or similar formats.
• Good observation, basic documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Candidate Preferences:

• Male candidates only (site requirement).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for travel between sites.
