As a QA inspector at Aptiv, your main responsibility will be to monitor, measure, and qualify the quality of all types of inserts and parts produced from molds. You will ensure that all inserts and parts meet the specifications outlined in the provided drawings. In case of any deviations in parts or inserts, you will be required to engage in discussions with the customer or Tool assembly before transfer. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of 3D and 2D drawing interpretation. Additionally, you should have the ability to proficiently use various measuring devices for inspection purposes.
