Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹3–4 LPA (depending on interview & expertise)

Summary

We are seeking a Quality Executive with strong expertise in printing and packaging quality processes. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product standards, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in quality systems.
Success in this position means consistently delivering high-quality outputs, minimizing rejections, and supporting our reputation as a reliable and innovative packaging solutions provider. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and quality checks for printing and packaging materials.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify, document, and resolve quality issues by collaborating with production and design teams.
• Implement corrective and preventive measures to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and test reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Printing Technology, Packaging, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within printing & packaging industry.
• Strong understanding of quality tools, methods, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
