Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while also developing and implementing effective testing strategies that enhance the overall quality throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to apply quality processes and methodologies, ensuring that testing is thorough and aligned with project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Worksoft Certify.- Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
