Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will utilize your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall application lifecycle. By focusing on key metrics, you will manage and assess the testing process, ensuring effective test execution and timely defect resolution, ultimately driving quality across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering team to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.- Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Test Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
