Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : Functional Test Planning Good to have skills : NAMinimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while also developing comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to implement effective quality processes and methodologies, ensuring that testing is thorough and aligned with project goals. Additionally, you will focus on defining key metrics to manage the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ultimately driving quality and efficiency in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
