Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)

Project Role Description :
Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while applying your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies that enhance the overall quality across the application lifecycle. You will also focus on defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and assess the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
    Professional & Technical Skills:
    Must To Have Skills:
    Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
  • This position is based at our Chennai office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
