Project Role : Quality Engineering Architect (Test Arch Project Role Description : Design and develop complex quality engineering strategies. Architect quality approaches and improvements across multiple groups/teams. Define testing scope for complex projects. Participate in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality. Experience in one or more testing tools/frameworks and expertise with developing effective automation solutions. Must have skills : Micro Focus LoadRunner Good to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will design and develop complex quality engineering strategies that enhance the overall quality of products. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to architect quality approaches, defining testing scopes for intricate projects, and participating in product design reviews to ensure system testability. You will also focus on continuous improvement and innovation in quality engineering practices, ensuring that the highest standards are met across multiple groups and teams. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering.- Develop and implement best practices for quality assurance across projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.- Ability to analyze and interpret performance test results effectively.- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
