Job Description

Role Overview: As a Quality Engineering Architect (Test Arch), you will be responsible for designing and developing complex quality engineering strategies. You will architect quality approaches and improvements across multiple groups/teams. Your role will involve defining testing scope for complex projects and participating in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality. In this position, you are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Your role will also include leading the implementation of innovative quality engineering strategies, conducting regular quality assessments, recommending improvements, and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop complex quality engineering strategies - Architect quality approaches and improvements across multiple groups/teams - Define testing scope for complex projects - Participate in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Collaborate and manage the team effectively - Make team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the implementation of innovative quality engineering strategies - Conduct regular quality assessments and recommend improvements - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA - Guidewire Testing Automation skill - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks - Experience in performance testing and load testing - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies - Hands-on experience with test management tools Please note that the candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA. This position is based at the Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.,
