Quality Engineering Architect

As a Quality Engineering Architect (Test Arch) at our company, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex quality engineering strategies, architecting quality approaches, and implementing improvements across multiple groups/teams. Your role will involve defining testing scopes for complex projects, participating in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality, and utilizing your expertise in testing tools/frameworks and automation solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in quality engineering - Collaborating and managing the team effectively - Making team decisions and engaging with multiple teams for key contributions - Providing solutions to problems within your team and across multiple teams - Leading the development of quality engineering strategies - Implementing quality improvements across teams - Defining testing scopes for projects - Investigating, defining, and resolving complex issues - Architecting and building incremental additions independently and larger solutions with guidance - Understanding and fixing complex coding issues - Being accountable for the quality delivery and ongoing maintenance of software - Ensuring the production of performant, scalable code - Estimating the time required for development tasks accurately - Liaising with business stakeholders to build solutions that deliver business value - Diagnosing and addressing Third Line support inquiries - Mentoring team members and providing feedback - Participating in Agile SCRUM development methodology - Upholding a quality mindset and ensuring quality code production - Designing scalable and robust technical application architectures - Conducting peer reviews and providing constructive critiques - Contributing to improving software development processes - Leading user/customer and group collaborations - Building effective business relationships - Applying creative thinking concepts and innovative approaches to deliverables - Communicating fluently and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical audiences - Demonstrating risk awareness and analytical approach to work - Contributing to identifying development opportunities for yourself and team members In addition to your professional and technical skills, you must have proficiency in .NET Architecture, .Net Full Stack Development, C# Programming Language, and Agile Project Management. You should possess a strong understanding of software testing principles, experience in developing automation solutions, knowledge of testing tools and frameworks, and the ability to architect quality approaches. It is essential to be a good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Please note that the candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in .NET Architecture, and this position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full-time education is required for this role.,
