Project Role Description :Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:As a Quality Engineer, you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, creating automation strategies, and supporting data and environment configurations. You will also participate in code reviews and monitor defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process, ensuring that the highest quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.Analyze requirements and create test strategies, test plans, and test cases.Design, develop, and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.Build and enhance automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, BDD with Cucumber).Perform manual testing when required, ensuring complete test coverage.Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.Debug, log, and track defects; collaborate with developers for quick resolution.Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps).Generate detailed test execution and defect reports for stakeholders.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements and create test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

Design, develop, and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.

Build and enhance automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, BDD with Cucumber).

Perform manual testing when required, ensuring complete test coverage.

Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.

Debug, log, and track defects; collaborate with developers for quick resolution.

Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps).

Generate detailed test execution and defect reports for stakeholders.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Test Automation:Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, BDD with Cucumber

API Testing:Postman, RestAssured

CI/CD Tools:Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps

Manual Testing:Functional, regression, integration testing

Agile Practices:Scrum ceremonies, sprint deliverables

Defect Management:Debugging, logging, tracking, and collaboration with developers

Reporting:Test execution and defect reports for stakeholders

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Selenium.

Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.

Familiarity with API testing tools and techniques.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
