Quality Engineer for Trailer Parts

The job requires you to have knowledge of chemical and mechanical properties, as well as a sound understanding of MPI inspection. You will be responsible for approving the dimension report of the first piece for mass production. Additionally, you will need to conduct in-process inspections of dimensions during production. During the PDI sampling plan, you will use IS 2500-1-2000 to verify dimensions and other specified requirements. Random samples will be picked during packing to check dimensions and other specifications within 2-3 hours. Any parts that are found to be unqualified during inspection will be moved to the N.C area. A daily analysis will be performed with the Production and Quality team to decide on repairable and non-repairable items, with the non-repairable ones being placed in a key-locked RED-BIN. It is essential to have a good understanding of ISO-9001-2015 and its documentation requirements for this role. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person.,
