Job Opening: QA/QC Engineer – Shanoor Homes, Trivandrum Shanoor Homes, a premium and trusted builder in Trivandrum, is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards in our high-rise residential projects. Key Responsibilities: * Implement and oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes in high-rise building projects. * Conduct site inspections, material testing, and ensure adherence to approved project specifications. * Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and compliance records. * Identify and resolve quality-related issues to ensure the best construction practices. * Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site engineers to maintain high-quality standards. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. * 3+ years of experience in QA/QC for high-rise building construction. * Strong knowledge of construction materials, quality standards, and industry best practices. * Experience with QA/QC documentation and reporting. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
