Job Description

About Us : We JK Medical has been passionately involved in developing, manufacturing and marketing respiratory & critical care products such as spirometry filters. HME/ BV filters, peak flow meters, incentive spirometers, mouthpieces, nose clip, breathing circuits, nebulizer kits used for hospital and home care. Besides manufacturing, we also import & market exclusively Lawton & Micromed surgical instruments, NDD spirometers / PFTs, Bionet range of ECG machine, Bedside monitors, Pulse oximeter & Fetal monitors, and PARI nebulizers in India.
Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to ensure the quality of our medical equipment products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming materials and components for quality and compliance.
Perform in-process inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Conduct final inspections of finished products before shipment.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
Identify defects and work with production teams to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.
Operate and maintain inspection tools and equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
