Quality Control Technician (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality checks for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
• Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological testing as per standard procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation of all inspection and test results.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
• Collect and retain product samples for shelf-life and stability studies.
• Report deviations or non-conformities to the Quality Executive for corrective action.
• Support line clearance and ensure sanitation and hygiene compliance in the production area.
• Calibrate lab equipment and maintain records.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of beverage quality parameters and food safety standards.
• Basic understanding of chemical and microbiological testing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills with production and maintenance teams.
• Familiarity with FSSAI regulations and GMP practices.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a beverages industry

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
