Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead our QC team at the milk processing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dairy technology and experience in milk processing, with expertise in raw cow milk testing, QC lab management, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage QC lab operations, including raw milk testing (Fat, SNF, Kg Fat, Kg SNF, Moisture)
- Oversee quality control of packing materials
- Ensure CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) protocols are followed
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Collaborate with production team to ensure quality standards
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Dairy Technologist with 2+ years of experience in milk processing plant QC
- Strong knowledge of raw cow milk testing and analysis
- Experience with QC lab management and quality assurance
- Familiarity with CIP protocols and packing material QC
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
