We have opening for Quality control / Lab Assistant at Shelke Group for Ovii Masale at our Kondhapuri Plant.
Experience : 1 to 3 years
Qualification : B.tech / M.tech in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
Salary : '20000 to 30000 per month
Key Responsibilities
1. Raw Material Quality Check Inspect and test incoming raw materials (spices, herbs, etc.) for quality, purity, and compliance with company standards.
Verify supplier COAs (Certificates of Analysis).
2. In-Process Quality Control Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP standards.
Conduct moisture, ash, volatile oil, and microbial tests (as applicable).
Record process deviations and suggest corrective actions.
3. Finished Product Testing Carry out routine laboratory analysis of finished products (color, aroma, grind size, adulteration check, microbial safety).
Ensure packaging and labeling meet quality standards.
4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain QC records, test reports, and compliance documentation. Prepare daily/weekly reports for the Plant Manager/Production Head.
5. Compliance & Hygiene Support audits (internal/external – FSSAI, ISO, customer audits).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
