Job Description

Qualification: B.Sc(Chemistry)/M.Sc(Chemistry)

Experience: 7-10 years

Position: Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager

Role & responsibilities

Work planning related to Raw Material, Finish Product, In-Process, Packing Material and Miscellaneous Sample.
Review of Analytical data, protocols, and reports.
Prepare and review of specification, standard test procedure,Analytical Record Data sheet and analytical method validation protocol and reports which is in line with pharmacopoeia and ICH guideline.
Supervise the analyst for sampling, testing and instrument/equipment handling.
Handling of Investigation of System Suitability Failures, OOS,OOC, OOT, Deviation,CAPA, RCI and decision making with QA and other department.
Prepare and review of study protocols, calibration reports, stability reports, all document related to quality control department and analytical data related to commercial and stability batches.
To observe, execute and comply Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), GMP & Good Documentation practices (GDP).
Conduct SOPs and Protocol training for all quality personnel and guidelines updation.
Assure readiness of site for regulatory agency inspections\internal audits and appropriate implementation of corrective actions regarding observations made by the agencies\internal audit teams
