Description
Position: QC_EXECUTIVE Position Requirement Responsibilities: *Ensure on-time delivery to clients, complying with all quality norms. *Collaborate with consultants, clients, and Third Party Inspectors (TPI) to complete all quality engineering activities on time. *Conduct quality engineering activities methodically, analyze data, and interpret results. *Identify, formulate, and implement effective solutions for emerging problems. *Prepare detailed product reports and documentation. *Address launch issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. *Support project milestones by coordinating with TPI and clients for inspection activities. *Review supplier quality documents as per approved Inspection Test Plans (ITP). *Generate ITP and maintain records in compliance with ASME and non-ASME code requirements. *Ensure smooth shop coordination and provide site support as needed. *Respond to post-shipment client queries within two weeks. *Conduct supplier assessments and audits. *Interface daily with internal/external customers and suppliers. *Visit project sites to address and solve site issues. *Handle challenging working conditions and site challenges with a strong presence of mind. Requirements: *Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical / ME / B.Tech / M.Tech). *Minimum of 5+ year of experience in System Engineering, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers etc. *Experience working with TPI, EIL, and EPC contractors. *Expertise in creating pre- and post-ITP documents for systems such as Package, Lube, Seal Systems, Separators, Heat Exchangers, and Vessels. *Strong understanding of codes and standards such as ASME, API, NR13, U Stamp, and PED. *Experience in thermal design, HTRI calculations, and the design of separators, coolers, and volume bottles. *Strong multitasking capabilities and ability to work independently. *Ability to control costs, adhere to schedules, and improve product/service quality.
