Quality Control Executive -Medical Device

Key Responsibilities:

 - Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections for clear aligners and

dental devices.

 - Conduct visual and dimensional checks, functional tests, and sampling as per SOPs.

 - Maintain QC records, test reports, and batch release documentation.

 - Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, and regulatory requirements for medical devices.

 - Support calibration, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and routine monitoring

activities.

 - Assist in handling non-conformance (NC), deviations, and CAPA investigations.

 - Work closely with production and QA teams to maintain product quality and

compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

 - B.Sc./Diploma in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.

 - Minimum 1 year of experience in QC (preferably in medical devices, dental, or pharma

industry).

 - Familiarity with ISO 13485, QMS, and test methods for medical devices.

 - Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
