Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Prepare and maintain QAP, WPS, PQR, and test reports. Conduct in-process and final inspection of valves . Check dimensions, visual quality, and pressure test results. Identify and report non-conformities; follow up for corrections. Coordinate with production, welding, and design teams on quality issues. Handle final documentation for customer and third-party inspections. Maintain inspection records and update daily QC reports. Perform welding inspection and weld quality checks as per standards. Monitor welding process and verify welder qualifications. Must know how to read and interpret welding symbols and drawings. Should be familiar with ISO, ASME, IBR. API procedures, work instructions, standards Must have strong experience in QC Documentation . Skills Required: Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, PMI. etc.). Knowledge of NDT processes (DPT, MPI, RT is a plus). Good understanding of valve components, pressure testing, applicable standards Good in communication and report-writing skills. Preferred candidate profile : Candidate with valve background or Industrial Equipment Machine.
