Quality control assistant

You will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials and finished products meet specifications by conducting meticulous examinations and using precise measurement tools. This includes performing durability, functionality, and safety tests to validate product quality and performance according to standardized methods. A crucial part of your role will be to maintain detailed records of inspections, where you will note any deviations or defects found to ensure traceability and quality control. It will be essential to promptly communicate any identified defects to supervisors and collaborate on corrective actions for timely resolution. To guarantee that products meet industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements, you will need to stay updated on quality regulations. Additionally, you will oversee production stages to uphold consistent quality standards and identify areas for improvement in machinery and workflows.
