Join us as a Quality Automation Specialist In this key role, you ll be undertaking and enabling automated testing activities in all delivery models We ll look to you to support teams to develop quality solutions and enable continuous integration and assurance of defect free deployment of customer value You ll be working closely with feature teams and a variety of stakeholders, giving you great exposure to professional development opportunities Were offering this role at associate vice president level What youll do Joining us in a highly collaborative role, you ll be contributing to the transformation of testing using quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. You ll be making sure repeatable, constant and consistent quality is built into all phases of the idea to value lifecycle at reduced cost or reduced time to market. It s a chance to work with colleagues at multiple levels, and with cross-domain, domain, platform and feature teams, to build in quality as an integral part of all activities. Additionally, you ll be: Supporting the design of automation test strategies, aligned to business or programme goals Defining and executing test strategies and automation scripts Developing and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications and monitoring essential part of the planning and product delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment Providing support to the development of scrum teams to automate tests to guide development Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings The skills youll need We re looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience of automated testing particularly a utomated quality Assurance. Deliver overnight, cross-browser, functional, non-functional, API, integration and acceptance tests . You ll also deliver f ront end cross-browser automated functional testing, exploratory, systems integration and user acceptance testing. You ll have a good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful API. Youll also have experience in test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, WebDriver and JUnit. Experience with performance testing or other non-functional testing experience will be preferred. We ll also look for you to have: Experience in version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and CircleCI Experience in building and maintaining frameworks in one or more of languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python or C# Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs Experience with Cypress.io for web application testing Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to management level colleagues Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills Hours 45 Job Posting Closing Date: 16/05/2025
