Requirement To provide a clear and concise understanding of errors made by the reviewer, we are looking for individuals who meet the following requirements: - Freshers or individuals with at least 6 months of experience in any Quality Review process - Proficient in using computers, specifically MS-Office (knowledge of Google Sheets will be an added advantage) - Strong client management skills with attention to detail, ability to proactively identify process gaps, and escalate them to internal leadership and clients when necessary - Excellent interpersonal and people management skills with a problem-solving approach - Ability to exercise managerial judgment, act as a mentor, multitask effectively through delegation and monitoring - Capable of working well under pressure - Client-oriented, flexible, patient - Excellent written communication skills in English - Strong organizational skills For experienced candidates, the following additional skills are required: - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Good client management skills with attention to detail and proactive identification of process gaps - Strong interpersonal and people management skills with a problem-solving approach - Proficient analytical skills for MIS, number crunching, and reporting to internal and external customers - Ability to exercise managerial judgment, act as a mentor, and multitask effectively through delegation and monitoring - Demonstrated customer service skills Mandatory Skills: QAAS (Advisory Services) Reinvent your world with us.
