As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist at our mission-driven, VC-backed startup, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless learning experience for students worldwide. Collaborating closely with the CTO, product managers, and developers, your responsibilities will include: - Performing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to maintain product excellence. - Creating and maintaining test documentation to enhance QA workflows. - Conducting manual testing and developing automated test suites for efficient release cycles. - Managing testing cycles using tools like TestRail for effective quality assurance. - Contributing to QA process enhancements and release management practices. - Keeping abreast of QA frameworks, automation tools, and industry best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 1 year of QA experience, preferably in a product-based company. - Hands-on knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar technologies is a plus. - Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc. - A passion for maintaining product quality, continuous improvement, and ongoing learning.
