As an Assistant General Manager Digital Marketing, your role will involve leading a multi-channel digital strategy and execution in a hands-on, data-driven manner. You will be responsible for performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content, branding, analytics, and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the 360 digital marketing strategy across various platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, etc. - Manage performance campaigns including PPC, Display, and Retargeting to maximize ROI. - Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital branding efforts. - Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta, and Search Console for informed decision-making. - Collaborate with design, tech, product, and sales teams to ensure aligned execution. - Supervise internal teams and maintain agency/vendor relationships. - Conduct A/B testing to enhance funnel conversion rates. - Track lead generation, engagement metrics, and growth KPIs effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Manager, SEO tools, and CRM systems. - Strong analytical abilities, leadership skills, and project management capabilities. - Possess a generalist mindset with expertise in SEO, SEM, content, analytics, and brand marketing. Preferred Qualifications: - Background in EdTech, Healthcare, or Consumer Tech industries. - Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot. - Ability to commence employment within 30 days is highly desirable.
