Job Title : Banking Apps QA Lead

Location : Kochi

Years of Experience: 15-20 Years

Test Management, Test planning, Test Strategy, Test Reporting

• 15 to 20 years Test Management experience in banking / financial applications and services.
• Experience in working in large banking implementations programmes for banks.
• Experience in working with ISV package applications.
• Should have a good knowledge of key banking applications like Core Banking, Lending, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CRM, etc.
• Good technical acumen & working knowledge of Agile Methods,

  Test Methodologies, Test Automation, Testing tools, APIs.

• Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Should have experience of independently managing large testing teams / application vendor teams with a minimum team size of 40 resources

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Conduct daily

  test management, defect triage calls and accurate reporting to senior management

• Participate in governance discussions and provide key inputs by calling out key dependencies, issues, risks etc that impact progress
• Experience in working and collaborating with banking application vendors
• Work closely with the business team to analyse business requirements, organise design reviews, test execution, traceability, test coverage and support.
• Good communication skills
• Experience in

  Test Automation framework, identifying automation scope for regression tests and reduce manual testing efforts

• Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies
• Test Certifications like ISTQB FL/Agile
