Role Overview: As a QA Executive , you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products before they reach our clients. You’ll work closely with development teams to understand requirements, identify test cases, execute test plans, and help maintain the highest standards of product quality. Key Responsibilities: Understand business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to develop test plans and test cases. Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs and ensure functionality. Document and track bugs, errors, and other issues in collaboration with the development team. Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure issues are resolved and quality goals are met. Conduct regression testing and validate fixes in subsequent releases. Maintain and improve QA documentation, including test scripts, test data, and test results. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and defect lifecycle. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Postman, or equivalent. Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment. Nice to Have: Experience with test automation frameworks. Exposure to CI/CD tools. Knowledge of performance and security testing tools.
