Your typical day will involve conducting thorough quality assurance reviews, collaborating with recovery teams, and engaging in root cause analysis to identify and address issues effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Quality Management. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform quality decisions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
