Summary: As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, you will provide essential support to quality assurance directors, ensuring that all processes meet the highest standards. Your typical day will involve conducting thorough quality assurance reviews, collaborating with recovery teams, and engaging in root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall quality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies to enhance operational efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation tools. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and processes. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
