Quality Assurance Practitioner

As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, you will provide general support to QA directors, conduct in-depth quality assurance reviews, assist on recovery teams, and contribute to root cause analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end performance testing lifecycle for large-scale applications. - Design and develop performance test scripts using NeoLoad. - Define performance test strategy, scope, and objectives aligned with business and technical requirements. - Coordinate and manage performance test environments and data setup. - Collaborate with development, functional, and infrastructure teams to analyze performance bottlenecks. - Monitor system behavior under load using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic). - Support root cause analysis and provide tuning recommendations. - Mentor junior testers and provide technical guidance on best practices. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering. - Strong expertise in Performance Testing Tool (NeoLoad and Load Runner) including scripting, test execution, and analysis. - Solid understanding of protocols like HTTP(s), Web Services, REST, SOAP, and database queries. - Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and metrics (CPU, memory, threads, GC, etc.). - Experience working in agile/scrum development environments. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and 15 years of full-time education to be considered for this role.,
