We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager t. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, driving continuous improvement throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to achieve departmental goals.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Ensure that all products meet customer and regulatory requirements before delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
5-15 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Effective communication skills in both German and English.
Experience with quality assurance software tools.
